As a security measure and also for practical reasons, K2TEC has installed a videoconference room. This will allow us to keep in touch with our customers in a secure way and also to “meet” companies we haven’t been able to see lately.
We can talk through Micorosoft Teams, Google Meet, WhereBy… or any other support at your convenience. We can join your meeting or organize it so that you can join the videoconference without any software to download.
Several of your collaborators can participate in the meeting if they are not in your offices. In addition to the discussion, we can share photos and drawings in real time.
Unfortunately for coffee sharing, we haven’t found a solution yet and honestly, we’re better on filtration issues 😉
